  • Soundproofing reduces the noise from outside of the room, such as the traffic, neighbours, and constructions outside of your window. Acoustic treatment, on the other hand, reduces the echoes and reverberations within the room, improving the sound in the room for meetings, discussions, watching movies, and music recording.

  • These are more of a soundproofing issue, and we would not recommend using acoustic panels to resolve them. Our products are designed to help with a room’s interior acoustics, they work by absorbing echo and reverberation within the room, not the transfer of sound between rooms. They do not act as an effective sound barrier to block out extraneous noise from outside sources.

  • One of the most important factors in sound quality is room acoustics which is the way sound waves bounce around a room. The sound you make such as playing music or clapping your hands, travel through the air and bounce off surfaces in the room. Hence, when you listen to the sound coming out of your speakers, you’re not just hearing the direct sound from the speakers, you’re also hearing the reflected sound as well. Our products can help with absorbing and minimizing these echoes, so you hear a more accurate representation of your music tracks.

  • Yes! We understand that every room has its own unique acoustic issues and design requirements, we would love to assist you in bringing your ideas to life. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us with the specifics of your projects.

  • All our products are custom cut to order, most orders are ready between three to four weeks. Lead time for a custom or larger order may vary.

  • We accept Credit Cards, Bank Transfers or Cheque.

  • Each item that leaves our warehouse will have gone through extensive quality checks. However, sometimes things do slip through, and we genuinely apologize for that.

    We will accept returns or exchanges for items that have significant defects. All returned items must be in new condition.

    Please take note of these pointers that Enocoustic is not able to accommodate:

    1. Any of the wall decorators installed in an area that is not recommended. E.g.: Kitchen, Bathrooms, Wardrobe, and Balcony

    2. Any of the wall decorators has already been installed onto the wall.

    3. Items on ‘Sale’, ‘Clearance’, or ‘Custom Made’.

    For returning the goods, please write to us first at info@enocoustic.com.sg with attached pictures clearly showing the defective item/wrong order(s) received. Further instructions will be given within 24-48 hours.
